In some post work coma I guess, trying to find out what to do with the free time that I now have.
Talking to ppl and working out really helps to lift my mood but it takes some force to actually talk to smb and answer calls on discord. Also changed gym workout plan to make progress as well as bought whey protein. But the feeling being out of place and "not here" is still strong.
